Meaghan O’Donnell is the Head of Research at the Phoenix Australia, Centre for Posttraumatic Mental Health, and Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Melbourne. She is a member of the Expert Council of the Centenary of Anzac Centre, an Australian Department of Veterans Affairs initiative.
She has over 120 peer review publications in the area of posttraumatic mental health and has a keen interest in posttraumatic phenomenology and transdiagnostic interventions for trauma-related psychopathology. She is the Research Director of the Phoenix Traumatic Stress Research Clinic, which tests new and emerging treatments to promote recovery following trauma exposure.
