Biography:

Nicolas Favez is full professor of clinical psychology specialized in family and interpersonal relationships at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and is Co-Director of the Research Unit of the Center for Family Study (IUP, Lausanne University Hospital). His research activities and teaching relate to family and couples relationships with a focus on coparenting, observation and assessment methodology, and therapeutic work with couples and families. He has carried out several research projects focused on the influence of early family relationships on child cognitive and affective development. He has published a variety of books and papers on family interactions.
