Biography:

Jenny joined DEPRESSD as a visiting professor in Oct 2023. She is an associate professor in School of Psychology, Shenzhen University. During her Ph.D program in quantitative psychology at South China Normal University, she focused on the methodology of latent class analysis and used to be an visiting student for 15 months at Pennsylvania State University. After graduation, she mainly investigates the influence of childhood adversity on mental health and the mindfulness-based intervention.

She is involved in the DEPRESSD project of individual patient data meta-analyses on the diagnostic accuracy of depression screening tools, living systematic review of mental health in COVID-19 and the related intervention based on mindfulness. Additionally, her own research team is also looking for a postdoctoral fellow based in China to work on systematic review or meta-analysis related to mindfulness-based intervention.
