Biography:

Degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Barcelona (UB) in 2004 and specialized in psychiatry at Centre Emili Mira (Barcelona). Since 2009 I work as an assistant psychiatrist at the Neuropsychiatry and Drug Addiction Institute (INAD), Parc Salut MAR in Barcelona. Doctorate in psychiatry at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in 2015, my doctoral thesis focused on the study of psychiatric factors in heart transplantation recipients. I also have the official degrees of Master in severe mental disorders (UB), Master in forensic sciences and health law (UNED) and University Expert in bipolar disorder (UB). I have always combined the clinical assistance with research and I have published various scientific papers and communications in national and international congresses. My main line of research has been carried out in collaboration with the Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine Unit of the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona.
